Edward J. Bilotti, MD

Dr. Bilotti has over 20 years of practice experience. He specializes in treating patients with mental health disorders and addictions. His particular clinical interests are in medication-assisted treatment of opiate use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and affective disorders. Dr. Bilotti is Clinical Asst. Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine. He is Board-Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, and is also Board Certified in Addiction Medicine.

Jonathan Orgel, LCSW

Having grown up on Long Island, NY, Jonathan had the opportunity to get to know and work with a very diverse population. As an adult, he ran his own business for many years until realizing his true passion: working as a therapist. He has had the privilege of working with adult individuals, groups, and couples for the past twelve years. More recently, he chose to move to Maine, obtain a license to practice in Maine, and has had the pleasure of getting to know the area while being able to offer therapy to those in need.

Leah has worked in the substance use and behavioral health field for more than seven years, bringing a strong foundation in trauma‑informed care and evidence‑based practices. She holds a BA in Psychology and Dance from the State University of New York at Potsdam and is an Advanced Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC‑Advanced) in New York. She remains committed to supporting individuals and communities through integrative, strengths‑based, and trauma‑informed substance use treatment.

Leah Giles, CADC

Howland is a seasoned Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder professional, who also holds certifications in EMDR, ACT and Callahan TFT, now known as EFT and/or the Tapping Solution. He has been in recovery from alcohol & drug addiction for 43 years and from tobacco addiction for 34 years. He has experience in working with people in the LGBTQ community, and extensive experience working with people who have experienced simple or complex trauma in either childhood or adulthood.
